What’s a Beefsteak? A glorious, pre-fork (literally!) feast straight out of the Gilded Age:
- Rivers of Beef: Tender, juicy, thick-cut steak strips, grilled to perfection. Arriving hot, fast, and CONSTANTLY. All brought to you by our local ranchers at LongJohn’s Creek and Weyl Farms
- Zero Veggies Allowed: This isn’t salad-chain. Your plate? A canvas for beef. Your hands? The ultimate tool to eat. Utensils? Fiat-era relics!
- Bread & Brew: Piles of crusty bread (for soppin’!) and cold beer flowing. (BYOB)
